For better knowledge transfer from Senior Patrol Leader to Senior Patrol Leader , we have codified the meeting opening and closing ceremony. Additionally, while the Flag Retirement Ceremony has been previously available on the website, this should raise its visibility and find-ability, especially for the upcoming 100th Anniversary of Camp Lazarus Camporee, where the Troop will be hosting a Flag Retirement station.
