All our scouts that participated did a great job earning merit badges, ranking up, having high adventure experiences, or just having fun. There is no place better for the troop to become a stronger bonded unit then at summer camp. You all should be proud of your achievements.
As we enter the summer season, we relax the uniform requirements and will not be meeting every Monday as normal. The meetings are listed below but please refer to the Calendar on our website. Through the end of August scouts can wear class B uniforms which is a troop or other scouting related shirt/t shirt. There is an exception, if a scout is going to participate in a scoutmaster conference or a board of review for rank advancement, they must be in a class A uniform.
We have finally been allowed to return to St. Michael for our Troop meetings! For those who don’t know or may have forgotten in the past year and a half we meet in the St. Michael undercroft/cafeteria. Meeting time is the same, 7:00pm.
This month the Scouts will be working on finishing up any loose ends from summer camp like merit badge partial completion and ranking up.
The high adventure bike trip is this month, there is one meeting left before then, anyone participating should plan on being at the meeting to discuss any final details with Mr. Canini.
