| The National Council BSA has issued a new updated Annual Health & Medical Form (AHMR) form. In addition, National has compiled and reviewed local council feedback, as well as those of camp health officers, council health supervisors, and the medical community. Policies on the use of the AHMR have not changed. As addressed in the FAQ document, 2020 resident camp participants will be allowed to use the previous AHMR form if they had a physical conducted in August 2019. Because 2020 will be a transition year, an AHMR that contains a valid physical exam can be used to meet our resident camp standards in 2020. It is suggested that those individuals who do not have a current pre-participation exam use the latest version now. The old versions will be obsolete as of January 2021. |
