Happy Holidays!
We have had two new Eagle Scouts in the past month, congratulations to Ben S. and Max F. with several more to come. We are getting our younger Scouts ranked up, and are doing out best to recruit new members. We are so proud of our Scouts and their accomplishments. This past year has been great for the Troop, as we found creative ways for the Troop comply with and survive COVID-19 lock down restrictions.
Below is the schedule for the next few weeks to complete 2021 and begin 2022:
- Monday December 20, 2021 – 7:00pm: Last Troop Meeting of 2021. The Scouts will continue the December theme of space exploration tonight.
- January’s theme is technology and cyberchip leading up to the “LAN Campout.” The Scouts will be talking about what devices they will bring and what gaming is appropriate at the meeting before the campout.
- Monday January 3, 2022 – 7:00pm: Regular Troop meeting
- Monday January 10, 2022 – 7:00pm: Regular Troop meeting & menu planning for LAN Campout, and parental Summer Camp Meeting on January 10
- Friday January 14 (7:00pm) – Sunday January 16 (10:00am), 2022: LAN campout. Scouts will need their own transportation as most will be moving electronics that probably would not travel well in the trailer.
- Monday January 17, 2022 – 7:00pm: PLC and Committee meetings
